Our Early Beginnings
RRR Meat Processing is a family owned and operated business, nestled off the beaten path in Buckley, Michigan just 20 minutes South of Traverse City. Rory and Veva opened the doors in 2001, bringing both of their kids, Ryan and Stephanie, on board just a few years later.
We started small but are now one of the only USDA Inspected Meat Processing Facilities in Northern Lower Michigan.
* To ensure top quality and smooth production, we ask that all pork, lamb and goat cutting instructions arrive with the animals. We will also not be contacting individual customers, so we ask that all beef cutting instructions are provided to us within seven days of the animals arrival. Any missing or incomplete instructions will be cut standard. *
